Opinion Editorial Review It's the season guitar atlas torrent. guitar atlas torrent.. for political reasons nonfictionRuminator review october 2004Guantanamo is a profoundly disturbing portrait of the history of the U.S. Naval Station in Cuba and are held there. POWs and civilians, were reclassified carefully as "enemy combatants" can be taken indefinitely to a formal charge and without access to lawyers or a trial, and even been tortured in the hope of information, could produce to improve national security. This little book consists mainly of transcripts, if talks with Michael Ratner, a lawyer working with the Center for Constitutional Rights on behalf of Guantanamo detainees (some of them held there since 2002). It provides information on the conditions for Strong in the prison and the ongoing struggle to give prisoners a fair trial in court. Much is directly from government and judicial sources. If our government is "nuance" its commitment to the Geneva Convention and its protections for prisoners of war, we need each other to make concessions aware of civil freedom, with the consent. If we do not bother trying the detainees at Guantanamo and face - and the consequences for our own freedoms in the situation - we have nobody to blame but ourselves for the erosion of these rights. This book is a must read.
